This is my new blog address. I got locked out of my other one and couldnt figure out how to get back in, so I just started a new one. A new blog and a new training program! Here was yesterday's training session - I'm easing back into a real regimen:
3x3 2kb presses with 16kg's
3x3 2kb deadlift with 40kg's
100 swings with a 16kg
5/5 TGU with a 12kg for cool down
Today's training will be pullups, bent presses, and Viking Push presses
